How Lymphocytes Recognize Mechanical Inputs
Lymphocytes reside in organs which provide both chemical and mechanical signals. We model the mechanically restricting environment using silicon polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) devices that confine cells to a designed height. We study how lymphocytes respond to confinement and search for the molecular mechanosensors.

Cytoskeletal Organization in Lymphocyte Motility
The cytoskeleton controls cell shape and mechanics. Using the recently introduced expansion and lattice light-sheet microscopy, we study the dynamic interplay between cytoskeletal organization and cell behavior.
